Uniform and Sparring Equipment Rules and Regulations!
Sparring gear used in class may only be MACHO or RHEEMAX brand AND
LOGOED.
No other type equipment is allowed.
Only martial arts t-shirts (with school logo) may be worn in class.
No other t shirts are allowed or please wear your regular uniform
top. Black is only worn by Black Belts. Uniforms must be all one color: red, white or blue.
No mixing. These rules will be strictly enforced. Thanks

Private Lessons in 2008
One of the fastest ways to develop mastery in the martial
arts is by one on one training and attention. For those
of you interested in learning your techniques better for exams
or competition be sure and schedule them at the front desk
with Nicole.
